Creative Team Casting
We need make-up artists, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, designers, prop designers, jewellery makers.. you get the idea! If you’re creative and you want to be involved in 24models24hours, come along to Banks’ Mill on Wednesday 14th September.
More will be explained about our project, please feel free to bring a portfolio if you have one!
Teams for each shoot will be chosen from the applicants and informed within the following week.
There’s parking on the streets surrounding Banks’ Mill. Any questions/problems, please leave a comment below.
Model Casting
We’ll be holding a casting event for MODELS ONLY at Ewan’s studio (at Banks’ Mill) on Monday 12th Sept from 5pm til 8pm.
Models of all ages, heights, sizes etc are welcome! So please come along if you’re interested in being involved. More will be explained about our project and you’ll have a test shot taken.
24 models will be chosen from the applicants and informed within the following week.

Derby Quad offer space for 24models24hours!
We can now announce that “24models24hours” will take place from Saturday 29th October 2011 through till Sunday 30th October from 8am to 8am. The Quad in Derby have offered the use of their building as a base for the project, which is fantastic news! They are going to be open overnight for their “Dead and Breakfast” event so it is the perfect time for this project to go ahead.
So now we have the date we need firm commitments from you who want to be involved. Check your diaries and let me know if you can make it. Lots more news to come 🙂

We have had lots of conversations with a lots of people over the last few weeks – but we can’t remember them all! So, if you are interested in getting involved in the project in any way at all then do leave a message here with your ideas and details. Models are of course welcome but we also need fashion designers, make-up artists, hairstylists and ideas for locations.

Thanks to everyone who has shown an interest in the project so far! Several designers and models have got in touch – so if you know anyone who would like to get involved send them over. Launch Day! 21st June 2011 – Midsummer
As this is mid-summer we thought that is would be a great day to make the project public and start posting the idea. So ’24 Hours 24 Models’ is born!
The idea is simple: on the hour, every hour from 1am to midnight shoot a different model, in a different location, in different outfits, styled by different teams – and all around the city of Derby.
The final result will be a book and exhibition to showcase the wealth of fashion talent based in Derby and the East Midlands. Imagine an Italian Vogue style fashion shoot and you will get the idea!
The first part of the process is to see who might be interested in joining the project. We will need models, make-up artists, hair stylists, stylists, local fashion designers to begin with. So if you are at all interested then do let us know!
